Underhill Gardens Apartment Corporation is a twenty-four unit, pre-war co-op, consisting of three, eight-unit buildings. Created in 1985, the co-op takes its name from the beautifully cared for, large and lush common garden with separate areas for gardening, grilling, dining, and play. The three buildings, dating to 1931, recently underwent an extensive renovation of the common areas and entryways by FNA Architecture. Situated on quiet Underhill Avenue in Prospect Heights, the buildings are just steps from the Vanderbilt Ave and Washington Ave corridors, as well as Grand Army Plaza, the Brooklyn Public Library, and Brooklyn’s iconic Prospect Park.
